INTRODUCTION

in this essay I will be talking about 3 important traits that I will need next year. which are: Leadership, Confidence and Persistence.

#1 I believe the three most important characteristics I will need next year are Leadership, Confidence and Persistence.Next year, these three characteristics will help me to succeed.

#2 Leadership is one of my most important characteristics because I want to be a good example to the younger students.They can look up to as a leader so that they become a leader just like me.
Confidence is my second characteristic because I want to have the Confidence to speak up for my self but also to help speak up as a good leader and to be relied upon as a role model.
Persistence is the most important characteristic to me because I hate giving up.Trying my best can help me to achieve.

#3 In college, students volunteer in all sorts of things to build their Confidence. For example, they volunteer in things like speeches and sports events. They also show leadership by choosing students for student role models and councilors.They also have Persistence because some students want to get good grades for university.

CONCLUSION

I chose these three characteristics because I would like to be involved in speeches next year and I would like to be persistent and to get good results in my exams . That is why i chose these characteristics as my most important traits.
